Many of you will be familiar with shows like Storage Wars or Storage Hunters and fancy a go at making money from abandoned goods.
At Room2Spare we occasionally have customers who simply stop paying and abandon their storage.
Where the rent has not been paid for 6 months Room2Spare is entitled under contract to attempt to sell these goods to recoup any debt left behind by the customer.
We currently have the contents of several rooms and removal containers that we are going to auction over the next few months.
1. To participate please call us on 01934 429510 and arrange to view the contents.
2. You will be able to view the room and its contents but you will not be able to enter the room or touch any of the items.
3. You may then submit a written bid for the total contents of that storage room.
4. At the end of the week we will then contact the winning bid to come and collect the contents of that storage room.
5. You will then have 1 week to empty the room of all its contents.
The minimum bid is £5.00
